Extra-virgin olive oil & antipasti |
Our extra virgin olive oils come from our own olive groves in Abruzzo. The olives are carefully hand-picked and then cold-pressed without filtration using traditional methods. The oil itself is cloudy in appearance with a most attractive green/ yellow colour. The flavour which changes slightly from year to year is always distinctively fruity (sometimes
even ‘peppery’) – the flavoured oils are produced by our mill, using only organic, natural zests and herbs.
