Bespoke Porcelain – we work with a producer of the highest standard porcelain which is suitable for both private and hotel, restaurant or bar use. Our clients can choose from the already very individual ranges in production, or specify their own colours, patterns and motifs or logos. Particularly useful as presents are the sets of patterned expresso cups which can be sent out in presentation ‘hampers’.
Leather Flooring – this little known but extremely hardwearing traditional floorcovering is becoming a sought after item in many trendy homes. It is perceived as an interesting alternative to wood and stone floors. Surprisingly water-resistant (up to 72 hours) it can be used in both private and contract locations. It works equally well in traditional or contemporary settings. It is laid in tile form (available in different sizes and colours) and is suitable for use as wall-covering as well. The lightness (in weight) makes it a favourite with yacht-designers as well.
Quilted cotton fabrics - We are thrilled to introduce ‘Quilting Casa’ (L’Arte del Trapuntare) to our English customers. This exclusive Milanese fabric house, owned by the Contessa Branca di Romanico, has revived the traditional art of quilting on washable cottons and cotton velvets. This style of quilting and embroidery harks back to the bridal ‘trousseau’ of the last century and can be obtained either by the metre or made up into hand-finished tableware, cushions, bedcovers and toiletry items – the available colours are Ivory, Gold, Forest green and Bordeaux.
Tableware - We are more than happy to discuss any specific designs with our clients, and our ‘in-house’ designers can provide drawings scale-patterns if required. |
