Our 'Speciality' organic pasta from Puglia provides a delicious gourmet meal with the least possible effort. All that is required is boiling water or stock and some extra virgin olive oil. The freeze dried sauce ingredients (such as porcini mushrooms, zucchini or mediterranean herbs) are already fully seasoned - all you need is quarter of an hour, a nice glass of red wine, and then the meal is ready. It is a brilliant 'store cupboard staple' and has proved to be a resounding success. All our olive oils are cold-pressed, extra-virgin and some are even DOC quality (the best of the best!). The flavoured extra-virgin olive oils are all produced with natural zests not artificial essences, and include Saffron, Porcini Mushroom, Basil, Lemon, Orange, Peperoncino and many more. We also have a range of ‘antipasti’ in oil (zucchini, aubergines, stuffed peppersand the like) and various delicious pastes (asparagus, artichoke, olive etc) all hand-made in the traditional manner. Our wines are from small, highly acclaimed producers all of whom take the utmost pride in its production and presentation. All of our products are also available in ‘gift hampers’ all year round.
