As well as these, we also have a selection of beautifully furnished farmhouses and apartments in stunning rural locations available for holiday rentals.

In addition to the above, we are offering ‘Gastronomic Breaks’ in Abruzzo – cookery courses with a difference – encompassing not only tuition and demonstrations by local chefs, but also excursions to fabulous local restaurants, to vine-yards and to local producers of organic pastas. Guests arel accommodated in beautifully appointed villas with pools, and can be as energetic or relaxed as they like.

Lastly, here in England, we are organising a rolling programme of ‘regional’ wine-tastings.

These are hosted by Valerio Piccolo, well known Italian wine-writer and sommelier. A member of the prestigious 'Associazione Sommelier Italiani', as well as wine consultant to three Michelin-starred restaurants in Rome, and contributing coordinator of the hugely successful 'Vini Buoni d'Italia', Valerio has also conducted intensive mini courses in Wine both at home in Rome and in New York (in English!). We look forward to his 'introductions' to small, independent, as yet unexported, regional producers, with high quality products at reasonable prices.

Gourmet Gift Hampers - Spring Specials

This year we have increased our product range to include some Prosecco, Vin Santo, Panettone, Panforte and chocolates, for those of our clients with a sweet tooth.........please have a look!

Our luxury gift hampers contain a gourmet selection of organic, traditionally made (‘artigianale’) products from Abruzzo and Puglia.  We have a marvellous selection of wines (some ‘riserva’ quality), extra-virgin cold-pressed single-estate olive oils, flavoured extra-virgin olive oils, antipasti and pastas.  The pastas include all ingredients (such as dried porcini mushrooms or zucchini) that you add to a stock for a complete dish – absolutely delicious and extremely simple!  The Hampers come in three sizes.  We have also included this year for the first time a charming presentation box  as a smaller gift.
